◆Introduction of Hiroshima and Fukuyama

A-Bomb Dome Itsukushima Shrine, Miyajima

 In Hiroshima Prefecture two buildings are registered as World Heritage: Atomic Bomb Dome in the Peace Memorial Park, and Itsukushima Shrine built more than 1,400 years ago.
 Fukuyama City is located in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture and is the second largest city in Hiroshima whose population is approximately 460,000. It is endowed with mild climate and nature throughout the year. It is also well known as a rose city; 550,000 roses are in bloom during the rose festival every year.
 Fukuyama International Academy of Languages is located in the center of the city; only 10-minute walk from Fukuyama Station. In its vicinity, there are City Hall, banks, hospitals, department stores, shopping malls, etc.
